On August 12, 2019, Viet Nhat Clini, a subsidiary of JVC cooperated with Hospital 198 and Tuyen Quang Police Hospital to carry out free health check, health consultancy and provide free medicine to people of Luong Thien commune, Son Duong district. This is one of the meaningful activities carried out by Viet Nhat Clinic in particular and JVC in general to implement their committed CSR.
Luong Thien is one of six communes in the heroic ATK zone (the intercity revolutionary war zone) of Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province, and is considered an extremely difficult commune. Despite of great support from the Government, the infrastructure in Luong Thien commune, especially its health facilities, still fails to meet people’s needs,. Many people here do not have conditions for health examination and treatment at higher-level hospitals. Therefore, these free medical examination and medicine supply programs in the commune are really meaningful and practical, thereby attracting a large number of participants.
People in Luong Thien commune came for health check very early
In one day, a decent team including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and logistics staff of the three units carried out health check, health consultation and provided free medicine for 250 people, mainly social welfare beneficiaries, people with meritorious services, the poor, and the elderly. With the advantage of its mobile examination vehicles, Viet Nhat Clinic brought modern machines such as X-ray and ultrasound machines to Luong Thien commune, improving the efficiency of medical examination and diseases detection. Cases with serious and dangerous diseases were promptly detected, consulted and referred to higher-level hospitals for monitoring and treatment.

At the event, local people were very excited and appreciated the enthusiasm and dedication of the medical staff and physicians and hoped that the units would have more charitable programs for people in remote areas and families in difficult circumstances who could not afford medical treatments.
After the charity program at the heroic ATK zone, Viet Nhat Clinic mobile vehicles will continue their journey to other villages, bringing medical examination and health care programs to people in need, continuing to write the story of “fostering sustainable values”.
