On May 16–17, 2025, in Vinh City, Nghe An Friendship General Hospital, in collaboration with Bach Mai Hospital, organized the 2025 International Scientific Conference under the theme “Sharing Knowledge – International Integration.”

The conference welcomed the participation of leaders from Nghe An Province; Departments of Health from Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, and Quang Tri provinces; central-level hospitals; medical and pharmaceutical universities across Vietnam; domestic and international scientists, experts, speakers, and sponsors.

The event attracted 1,200 delegates and researchers, including 13 international scientists from the United States, Germany, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, and other countries. This provided an excellent opportunity for Vietnamese medical professionals and researchers to share in-depth expertise, update on the latest advancements, and explore multidisciplinary, cross-sector research collaborations.

The 2025 International Scientific Conference featured 27 sessions, including 1 opening session, 2 plenary sessions, and 24 specialized sessions. This structure reflected the breadth of expertise covered at the event and provided a comprehensive overview of the healthcare sector—from preventive medicine to medical workforce training.
