On November 8 and 9, 2024, the Vietnam Association of Abdominal Imaging under the Vietnam Association of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine held the first Abdominal Imaging Science Conference in Ha Long City. The conference brings together hundreds of leading national and international experts in the field of diagnostic imaging, thereby providing a prestigious academic forum where doctors and regional experts come to share experiences and update advanced techniques for diagnosis and treatment.

The scientific program of this year's conference has 52 new up-to-date quality scientific reports, deep expertise in the field of imaging and abdominal diagnosis of doctors from hospitals nationwide, which were selected by the council to present at the conference. Especially 23 thematic lectures, clinical cases, video recordings by domestic and international professors and experts: Japan, Singapore, Korea, China, Taiwan... reflect the latest research and applications in the field of abdominal imaging.

Many new advances, scientific topics, practical applications in the field of liver – bile – pancreas, abdominal emergency, sub-frame, abdominal photoelectric intervention, abdominal imaging techniques... were introduced and discussed at the conference and were attended by a large number of interested delegates.
