After one month and a half of demonstrating two new high-end ventilators from Nihon Kohden, namely NKV-550 and NKV-330 at the Intensive Care Unit of Bach Mai Hospital – a leading national hospital in Vietnam, JVC has received profound and positive feedback from the doctors and nurses who are directly using the ventilators inpatient treatment:
Regarding NKV-550 – A High Function Ventilator
1. User-friendly operation: 100% of doctors found the ventilator extremely easy to use and took less time to be familiar with the ventilator’s operation.
2. The synchronization between ventilator and patient (this is a highly important factor in mechanical ventilation, helping to improve the patient's condition): 71.4% rated good, and 28.6% rated very good.

2. The synchronization between ventilator and patient during operation: 71.4% rated good, 14.3% rated very good, 14.3% rated quite good.
3. Leakage compensation (this is an important feature, showing the accuracy of the sensors, helping to maintain the set parameters): 100% of doctors evaluated the ventilator to be accurate.
4. Doctors favor using NKV-330 ventilators for the following reasons:
+ 100% rooted for the built-in HFNC mode
+ 71.4% of all users are fond of how the main ventilator can be able to detach from the trolley and can be placed on the patient bed easily for transportation.
+ 42.9% favors the safety concept when the machine has a backup ventilation mode in case of apnea as well as supports big data storage capabilities.
