Japan Vietnam Medical Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (JVC) will make major transformations from its model, vision to business strategy from 2022. JVC will gradually transform into a specialized medical investment company. Accordingly, the name - legal entity of the company will also be transformed from Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company to Japan Vietnam Medical Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to be more suitable with The area the company will focus on in the future.

According to the plan, 30 clinics and 30 imaging centers built and operated by JVC will be present in key cities and provinces in Vietnam. In parallel with the local fixed clinics, the mobile clinic model with the most modern and advanced equipment will also be equipped and completed in the three regions of North - Central - South. This model will be deployed by the company independently or in association with hospitals and clinics across the country.

Simultaneously with the supply and distribution of products is the enhancement of quality, repair, maintenance and after-sales service of medical equipment.

With existing resources, JVC can meet the needs of up to 2,000 visits/day in multiple locations in the same period of time. The General Meeting also agreed and approved the regulations, elected members of the Board of Directors, members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2026. Proposals, policies and plans for activities that need to be consulted by shareholders have also been carried out according to necessary procedures and consulted at the meeting before implementation.
